| 阐述了世界天然橡胶产业的发展现状，并对我国天然橡胶产业的政策、生产、贸易方面进行详细分析，
透过天然橡胶产品质量稳定性不高、生产成本居高不下等现象，发现我国天然橡胶产业发展中存在的主要问题有种
植区域有限、生产加工水平低、市场竞争无序、环境污染等，进而从改造国内老胶园、鼓励企业走出去、加强生产标准
化管理、加快技术创新、规范天然橡胶市场秩序，完善橡胶储备机制、增强环保意识、提高橡胶循环利用率等方面提
出促进我国天然橡胶产业发展的对策及建议，为管理部门科学、客观地制定天然橡胶产业发展战略提供参考。 |

| Current development situation of natural rubber industry in the world was expounded, and then current
development situation of Chinese natural rubber industry was analyzed from policy, production and trade in detail. Problems
existed in the development of Chinese natural rubber industry were limited planting area, low production and processing level,
unordered market competition, environmental pollution etc, which were analyzed through phenomenon such as low product quality
stability and high cost of production etc. Countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to promote the development of
Chinese natural rubber industry from reforming rubber plantation, encouraging enterprises to go abroad, strengthening
standardization management of production, accelerating technological innovation, standardizing order of natural rubber market,
perfecting mechanism of natural rubber reserve, enhancing environmental awareness, improving the cyclic utilization rate of nature
rubber etc, in order to provide the reference for administrative department formulating development strategy of natural rubber
industry scientifically and objectively. |
