Pik2-H4 是从水稻高抗稻瘟病株系H4 中克隆的广谱型抗稻瘟病基因。Pik2-H4 基因的CDS 全长序列
3066 bp,与日本晴中的等位基因相比,其序列存在较大差异。Pik2-H4 属于NBS-LRR 类基因,其蛋白序列含有NBARC
结构域及富亮氨酸重复序列。采用酵母双杂交系统,以Pik2-H4 蛋白为诱饵从水稻cDNA 表达文库中钓取互作
蛋白质,并成功筛选到3 个与Pik2-H4 有相互作用的蛋白质(LOC-Os08g39300、LOC-Os03g25960、LOC-Os09g29130)。
本研究结果有助于进一步了解由Pik2-H4 介导的水稻抗稻瘟病反应机理。 |

The rice blast broad spectrum resistance gene Pik2-H4 was cloned from the highly resistance lines H4. The
coding sequence of Pik2-H4 is 3 066 bp, which is different from the corresponding allele sequence of Nipponbare. Pik2-H4
belongs to NBS-LRR genes and codes a protein containing NB-ARC domain and leucine-rich repeats. To find the interacting
proteins with Pik2-H4 from the rice, the yeast two-hybrid system was used and three important protein (LOC-Os08g39300, LOCOs03g25960
and LOC-Os09g29130冤were identified. The results could provide some new information for the mechanism of blast
resistance signal pathway induced by the Pik2-H4. |
