通过试验表明高密度发酵制备的菊酯类农药降解酶Est825 对菊酯类农药的降解率达70%以上,其降解
农药的最适活力浓度为120 U/mL,最适反应温度范围为32~37益;测定了菊酯类农药降解酶对SD 大鼠急性经口毒
性,LD50跃6 g/kg 体重,属实际无毒;皮肤变态试验结果表明该酶制剂不引起皮肤变态反应。 |

Pyrethroid hydrolase Est825 was manufactured by high cell-density fermentation. The results showed that
degradation rate of pyrethroid pesticides was 70% above. The optimum unit of enzyme activity and temperature range of
Est825 were 120 U/mL and 32-37, respectively. Pyrethroid hydrolase Est825 was proved to be nontoxic to SD rats by
acute oral toxicity test, with LD50跃6 g/kg, and had no allergic reaction to skin. |
