A method for detection on 20 kinds of organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticides in durian and mangosteen
by gas chromatograph-ECD-detection (GC-ECD) was established. Durian and mangosteen are well welcome because of
their unique taste. The detection of organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticides in durian and mangosteen has not been
explored at home and abroad yet. The method in this article was simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate, and showed that the
lowest limit was 0.001~0.149 mg/kg, and the recovery range was 70.66%~126.37% with relative standard deviation 3.2%~
11.6%. |
