      为了研究水稻分枝突变体的遗传规律,将蜀恢527 分枝突变杂合体(蜀恢527 经化学诱导,M3 代稳定 而得)分别与正常分枝的泸恢17、R30 进行正反交杂交组合,经过田间性状调查与卡方检验,发现F1代分枝突变体 为隐性遗传,在F2分离群体中,分枝突变体的遗传规律符合孟德尔的常染色体单基因隐性遗传。因此,可以推断该分 枝突变体是由常染色体上的隐性单基因控制。
英文摘要:
      The aim was to study the genetic development of branching mutant of rice. The Shuhui527 branching mutant heterozygote (Shuhui527 chemically induced, M3 generation of stable together)袁reciprocally crossed with normal branching Luhui17, R30. By the investigation and chi-square test, in the F1 generation, branching mutant had recessive heredity. In the F2 segregating population, the number of rice branching mutant and wild-type plants met Mendel's single-genetic laws. Therefore, it confirmed that the branching mutant of rice were controlled by a single autosomal recessive gene.
