采用微波辅助水蒸馏提取法提取垂枝红千层叶片精油,并进行正交设计优化提取条件;测定精油对7 种人类病原细菌的抑菌圈、最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)以研究其抗菌活性。结果表明,垂枝红千层精油的最佳提取条件为:液料比8颐1(V/W)、提取时间1.0 h、浸泡时间1.5 h、提取功率250 W,提取率为0.793%。垂枝红千层精油对7 株受试菌(枯草芽胞杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌、乙型副伤寒沙门氏菌)均有不同程度的抑制作用,其抑菌圈范围在9.26~17.35 mm 之间,MIC 在0.03125 ~ 0.0625g/mL 之间。 |

To extract the essential oil from Callistemon viminalis leaf by the method of microwave -assisted
hydrodistillation, the extraction conditions were optimized through orthogonal test, and antibacterial activity of the essential
oil studied, the inhibition zone, minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimal bactericida concentration (MBC)
against 7 species of human pathogenic bacteria were tested by disk diffusion method and microtiter plate double dilution
method. The results showed that the optimum conditions of extraction were as follows: ratio of water to leaves 8颐1 (V/W),
microwave power 250 W, extracting time 1.0 h, soaking time 1.5 h, with the extraction yield of 0.793%. The results also
showed that the essential oil from C. viminalis exhibited broad spectrum effect against Gram-positive (Bacillus subtilis,
Staphlococcus aureus and S. epidermidis) and Gram -negative bacteria (Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa,
Klebsiella pneumonia and Salmonella paratyphoid B) with the range of 9.26~17.35 mm for inhibition zone and the range of
0.03125~0.0625 g/mL for MIC. |
