Promoter is a key factor for gene expression and plays an important role in the process of plant gene
expression and regulation. Technological advances in plant genetics has provided a platform for targeted manipulation of
transcriptional activity through synthetic promoter engineering. In this paper, we reviewed research advances in abioticstress
artificial promoter, pathogen-induced artificial promoter and artificial bidirectional promoter. |
