The effects of different additives on proliferation and rooting culture of Dendrobium officinale were studied.
The results showed that: potato and papaya were conductive to bud proliferation, among which the 1/2 MS+NAA 0.2 mg/L+
sucrose 30 g/L+200 potato g/L medium was the best; banana promoted the rooting induction, in which 1/2 MS+NAA 0.5
mg/L+ sucrose 30 g/L+Banana 100 g/L medium was the best to induce the rooting of the shoots. |
