| 农民是农业尧农村的主体，"三农”问题归根结底是农民致富问题。要使农民致富，最基本路子就是培育
一大批新型职业农民。从新型职业农民概念的界定尧培育新型职业农民的重大意义尧途径尧培育现状及困境等进行分
析，提出了构建新型职业农民教育培训体系尧加大政府政策的倾斜力度尧完善新型职业农民培育的制度供给等重要
措施。 |

| Famers are the main body in agriculture and rural areas, and the problems about Agriculture袁Rural areas
and peasantry are problems about farmers to get rich. The most basic method to enable farmers to get rich is to cultivate a
large number of new occupation farmers. This paper analyzes the definition of new occupation farmer, the significance,
avenue, cultivation status and difficulties of cultivating new occupation farmer. At last, some important measures including
constructing system of new occupation farmer education and training, enhancing the impact of government policies, and
improving the system of new occupation farmer's cultivation were put forward. |
