With the development of modern biotechnology, DNA molecular marker technologies cue widely applied in
tea plant. ISSR molecular marker technique is efficient, fast, stable and reliable. Several molecular marker techniques and
their applications in plant were introduced. The application and research progresses of ISSR melecular marker in genetic
relationship, genetic diversity, varieties identification and genetic mapping of tea plant were summarized. The problems of
ISSR molecular marker technique in tea plant and its application prospects in the establishment of tea DNA fingerprinting
were also analyzed in order to provide better reference for DNA fingerprint establishment of tea plant based on ISSR
molecular marker technique. |
