      胶孢炭疽菌可以侵染核桃、板栗等众多重要的经济林树种,引起炭疽病,在生产上造成较大的经济损 失,其侵染过程主要包括前期活体营养阶段、中期兼性营养阶段以及后期死体营养阶段。对该菌侵染过程相关基因 研究成果进行汇总,同时,基于ITS 数据对炭疽菌属病菌进行遗传关系分析,以期为进一步深入开展该病原菌的研 究以及制定合理有效的防治措施打下坚实基础。
英文摘要:
      Anthracnose is one of the major leaf diseases of many plants such as walnut and chestnut in the world, its pathogen is Colletotrichum gloeosporioides which is destructive to a vast variety of plants important to forestry and caused large economic losses to production. The infection process includes the prophase biotrophic stage, middle stage and late death nutritional stage. In this study, the cloned gene in infection process was reviewed, and heredity relationship was analyzed based on ITS data of Colletotrichum genus, to further research the pathogen and make effective control strategy of anthracnose.
