温度是限制植物生长发育过程和地域分布界限的重要非生物胁迫因子之一,每年因低温冻害造成的农
作物产量损失巨大,因此,研究植物尤其是农作物和经济作物的抗冻机理和抗冻人工调控具有现实意义。总结了近
年来植物抗寒生理机理的研究成果,阐述了植物应对冷胁迫的生理适应机制及人工调控措施,介绍了主要抗寒基因
及其人工调控植物抗寒的应用研究,为植物的抗寒防灾提供理论依据。 |

Temperature is one of the important abiotic stress factors limiting plant growth and geographical
distribution. Each year, crop loss caused by freezing is very huge. So, studing plant antifreeze mechanism and artificial
regulation especially crops and economic plants has practical significance. In order to provide theoretical basis to prevent
cold injury, this paper summarizes the research achievements of plant cold-resistant physiological mechanism in recent
years, sums up plant physiological adaptation mechanism and artificial control measures response to cold stress, introduces
the main cold-resistant genes and application researches of artificial regulation and control measures. |
