      光照尧温度尧湿度尧通风是主要的叶幕微气候因素、光热微气候影响着酿酒葡萄品质的优劣、与葡萄酒的 品质也具有一定的相关性、而不同整形方式对叶幕微气候的调整有决定性作用。贺兰山东麓产区在葡萄转色期至成 熟期的光热资源丰富尧降雨量少尧蒸发量大、不仅有利于提高浆果的品质、同时有助于酚类物质和芳香物质的形成与 积累。通过研究叶幕微气候对酿酒葡萄品质的影响、以期为筛选出适宜于宁夏贺兰山东麓酿酒葡萄产区具有特色的 整形种植模式提供理论依据、使其便于机械化作业和标准化管理、有利于实现葡萄园优质尧稳产尧绿色尧高效的可持 续栽培目的。
英文摘要:
      The major factors of canopy microclimate are light, temperature, humidity and ventilation. Photo-thermal microclimate has effect on the quality of wine-grapes, also has some relevance to wine quality. However, training systems have a crucial effect on the adjustment of canopy microclimate. The producing area in the east of Helan Moutain has the favorable natural conditions of short rainfall, ample sunshine and large evaporation during veraison and maturity, which is conductive to berry quality and the formation and accumulation of phenolics and aromatic materials. The research on the impacts of canopy microclimate on the quality of wine-grape is to provide theory basis for the selection of the distinctive planting pattern要training systems, which is suited for the wine-grape production areas in the east of Helan Mountain in Ningxia, which makes it easier to mechanized operations and standardization management as well as helpful to realize the goal of sustainable cultivation on 野excellence, stable yield, green and efficiency冶.
