高温是作物生长过程中经常遇到的逆境胁迫,由其造成的热害已成为黄瓜夏季栽培与保护地栽培的主要限制因子。提高黄瓜耐热性是目前黄瓜育种研究的重要内容之一。正确理解黄瓜的耐热机制是其耐热育种的基础。从生理生化指标、遗传机制和分子生物学等方面对黄瓜耐热机制的研究进展进行综述,以期更好地理解黄瓜的耐热机制,促进黄瓜耐热育种的进展。 |

High temperature -caused heat stress has become a main limiting factor for production of cucumber(Cucumis sativus L.) in summer. Heat stress not only leads to early senescence of plants, hence shortened reproductive period, but also results in weakening plant disease resistance and reducing quality of produce. Improving heat stress resistance of cucumber is a challenge in the current cucumber breeding research. Here we reviewed the physiological consequences when heat stress prevailed, and identified genetic traits for such physiological responses and the molecular mechanisms for heat stress tolerance in cucumber. An understanding of the physiological and genetic mechanisms of heat tolerance is the basis of the breeding and hope this review can contribute to the cucumber breeding process. |
