抗寒性鉴定与测试方法是植物抗寒生理研究中的重要内容。迄今,对木本植物抗寒生理的研究大多属于抗寒性鉴定与利用,少部分为抗寒性测试方法研究,关于抗寒机理研究的文献相对较少。目前袁鉴定植物抗寒性的方法主要有露地栽培鉴评法尧寒冻灾害调查法、人工模拟寒冻天气法以及建立数学模型预测法。国内外测试植物抗寒性的方法目前已形成特色,主要方法有生长状况测试法、冻害指数调查法、电解质渗出率法、生物电阻抗图谱法等。基于基因组学、代谢组学尧蛋白质组学技术的植物抗寒性鉴定与测试方法,应是植物抗寒生理研究的新方向。综合应用抗寒性鉴定与测试的方法,应是今后植物抗寒生理研究与应用中的重要注意事项。 |

Cold hardiness identification and test method are important contents in study of plant cold hardiness. So far, most of researches on woody plant cold hardiness physiology belong to cold hardiness identification and utilization,small part belong to cold hardiness test method, researches on cold hardiness mechanism is relatively few. Nowadays, main identification methods of plant cold hardiness are as follows: field cultivation, low temperature disaster investigation,artificial simulation of cold weather, and establishment of mathematical model. Methods of plant cold hardiness test has formed characteristic袁main methods are as follows: growth status test, surveying freezing injury index, testing electrolyte leakage rate (electric conductance value), biological electrical impedance spectroscopy. Comprehensive application of plant cold hardiness identification and test method should be fully noticed in the future. |
