      首先利用森林土壤饱和蓄水量的加权平均值和历年一日最大降雨量确定长江中上游地区典型中尺度流域要平通河流域的适宜森林覆盖率,其次利用2006年ETM+卫星影像,结合该区域森林资源二类调查小班数据、林相图、1:50000地形图,选取林分结构性因子、生产力因子和功能性因子,采用物元分析法对每个栅格进行分级评价,最后运用层次分析法进行结构优化,从而获得该流域防护林体系空间对位配置。结果表明:(1)该区域的适宜森林覆盖率为57.09%;(2)该流域防护林质量总体评价较差,以中等级所占比例最大(67.29%),其次是差等级(17.15%),处于优等级的只占0.78%;(3)优化后,不同林种比例表现为水土保持林(44.31%)>薪炭林(18.00%)>水源涵养林(17.97%)>一般用材林(8.12%)>药材林(5.25%)>工业原料林(4.00%)>果木林(1.75%)>工业经济林(0.60%);(4)在树种搭配上,应根据地形、地貌及立地条件选择水源涵养和水土保持功能较佳的树种,并进行合适比例及郁闭度的针阔混交、乔灌草搭配,另外还应选择一定数量具有经济价值的树种,以提高区域经济效益和增加农民收入;(5)空间配置后袁可产生约1.63亿元经济效益,涵养水2158.76×04m3,减少泥沙6.8×104t。

      Firstly, the weighted average of saturation water-holding capacity of forest soil and maximum rainfall (one day) during the 40 years were used to determine the suitable forest coverage of Pingtong River catchments, the typical watershed in the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River. Secondly, through application of interpreted ETM+ in 2006, 1:50000 forest map, topographical map, data of Class II forest survey in 2007, the stand structure, production capacity and ecological function were selected to evaluate the grade of each grid by using matter element model. Thirdly, the AHP was applied to modify the spatial structure and form the spatial location allocation of protection forest systems.The results showed that: (1) The suitable forest coverage was 57.09%; (2) On the whole, the quality of protection forest was bad; of which, the middle grade occupied 67.29%, bad grade of 17.15% and good grade of 0.78%;(3) After optimization, the ranking by proportion of forest category was as follow: water and soil conservation forest (44.31%)> firewood forest (18.00%)> water conservation forest (17.97%)> general timber forest(8.12%)>woody medicinal forest(5.25%)> industrial raw material forest (4.00%)> fruit tree forest(1.75%)> industrial economy(0.60%); (4) On the base of landform and site condition, the tree species that had a good function of soil and water conservation should be selected, and mixed forests with proper canopy density consisting of coniferous and broadleaf species should be established with trees, shrubs and grasses. Furthermore, a certainly amount of the tree species that had economic value should be selected so that both the regional economic benefit and farmers income could increased; (5)After achievement of the optimal spatial allocation, 163 million yuan economicvalue, the increase of 2 158.76 伊104 m3 of water conservation, reduction of sediment of 6.8×10^4 t could be achieved.
