      采用STM32F103C8T6 为主控制器,输出两路PWM 来驱动步进电机适配器,利用PWM 的频率调节电机转速。使用高功率的红外对管,用于检测秧盘的位置,从而控制滚轮的停转,使用槽型红外对管记录滚轮转过的角度。系统包含自动对齐、手动调节尧、正常运行3 种工作状态。当传送带上秧盘行至滚筒下方时,启动滚筒撒下种子,当秧盘通过时停止滚筒。试验表明,电路能够正常稳定工作,播种精度较高。

      In the design, two PWM were output from the controller STM32F103C8T6 to drive a stepper motor adapter, PWM frequency was use to adjust the speed of motor. The high-power infrared tube was applied to detect the position of seedling tray and control the wheel stops, groove infrared tube was used to record the angle of the wheel turned. System included three operating states which were automatic alignment, manual adjustment, running. When the seedling tray on a conveyor belt was to the bottom line of the drum, the drum sowed the seeds to start and stop the drum when the seedling tray passed through. Results showed that the circuit could keep normal and stable work and the control system had high precision.
