深松作业在不大范围翻动土壤的前提下能有效改善土壤的多项理化性质,是实现耕作可持续发展的重要措施。针对一般深松机具结构不合理、作业时牵引阻力大的问题,设计了一种基于振动减阻原理的深松机,确定了深松铲、曲柄连杆机构、切茬圆盘刀、限深轮和机架等部件的主要结构参数。田间试验表明,该机设计合理,田间通过性强,在对北方玉米旱地进行30cm耕深的深松时,相比无振动深松机具,机具的牵引阻力下降约21.24%,减阻效果明显。 |

Deep loosening operation can effectively improve the physical and chemical properties of solid, it is an
important measure to achieve sustainable development of farming. To solve the existing problems, such as unreasonable
structure and large traction resistance for general types of deep loosening machines, a type of vibrating deep loosening
machine was developed based on vibration principle in order to reduce the traction resistance. The main structural
parameters of Shank, stubble cutting disk cutter, crank rod system, depth wheel and frame were determined. The results of
machine performance test showed that the machine was reasonable designed and had a high trafficability characteristic.
Contrastive experiment of vibrating and non-vibrating subsoiling operating with 30 cm plowing depth was carried out in
arid corn field, and the result showd that the traction resistance reduction effect was obvious, and traction resistance could be reduced by 21.24%. |
