| 层次分析法是解决多目标问题的决策分析方法，可模拟人类思维综合定量和定性分析对事物进行判断。通过分析广州市农产品质量安全评价的主要准则（企业资质、产品检测、产品追溯、消费者反馈）以及组成准则的具体方案，基于层次分析法构建了广州市农产品质量安全信誉管理平台，通过对企业信息、产品检测信息、产品追溯、消费者反馈等功能的实现，得到平台内各个企业的信誉得分并进行评比，平台的构建有助于政府部门对农产品生产企业及组织进行质量安全信誉和风险管理。 |

| Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a decision and analysis method for solving multi-objects questions,which can simulate human’s brain work and combine both quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. After analyzing the four main agricultural products爷quality safety criterions, which include company qualification, inspection results,
products traceability and consumer feedback, a quality safety credit management system for Guangzhou agricultural
products was designed and implemented on the base of AHP. The system consists of four modules including the company
management module, the inspection management module, the products traceability module and the consumer feedback
module. Based on the datum from the system, the credit scores of companies registered in the system can be calculated.
The system is useful for the quality safety credit evaluation and hazard management for government departments. |
