      针对目前市场上尚无与甘蔗健康种苗种植配套适用的种植机具,研制了一款新型甘蔗种植机。根据甘蔗健康种苗的种植农艺要求,对新型甘蔗种植机的自动排种装置、排肥装置、开沟装置、悬挂机架等关键部件进行了参数选择和结构设计,并对关键受力部件进行了有限元分析。应用试验结果表明,该新型甘蔗种植机的结构性能和各项技术指标基本上达到设计要求,能一次性完成开沟、施肥、排种、覆盖地膜、培土等种植工序,样机作业质量符合农业技术要求,工作可靠性好。
英文摘要:
      Currently on the market, there is no planter used for the planting of disease-free seed sugarcane, thus a new kind of sugarcane planter is developed for this purpose. Parameter selection and structural design were made on key components of the planter, including feed system, fertilizer application system, openers and framework, according to agronomic requirements for disease-free seed cane planting. Finite element analysis was conducted on key stressed parts and components. The application experiment results showed that the structures, performances and technical parameters of the planter all satisfied the design requirements; and that the planter was capable of completing operations of furrow opening, fertilizer application, seeding, plastic film covering and soil covering in one time. The prototype showed operation quality that met farming demands and good operational reliability.
