都市农业在满足城市化过程中日渐增加的农副食品供应、安全健康饮食、生态环境保持、第三空间营造以及可持续生活方式探索方面具有重要意义。在都市农业概念内涵、种类构成、功能价值等文献研究基础上,对都市农业的产业属性、行业特征与理论框架等方面进行了清楚界定,并基于顾客价值这一现代产业竞争的战略重心提出了都市农业发展的框架性战略方案,认为都市农业发展战略的基石在于顾客价值的创造,方法在于基于不同的都市农业制定差异性的战略方案,关键点在于确保其准公共产品属性的同时全面激活各类市场主体参与的企业家精神。 |

The urban agriculture plays many important roles in modern economical society, including supply of agricultural and sideline food, safe and healthy diet, keeping ecological environment, the third space construction and
sustainable lifestyle exploration. Based on comprehensive literature research on connotation of the concept of urban
agriculture, industrial structure and function value systematically, this article suggests the framework of urban agriculture strategic development plan based on customer value theory which is focus on modern industry competition and strategic theory. In addition, the urban agriculture strategic approach is to activate fully the entrepreneurial spirit of all kinds of market participate while ensuring its quasi-public product attributes at the same time. |
