研究6 个云南甘蔗主栽品种新台糖22 号、闽糖69-421、桂糖11 号、粤糖86-368、粤糖93-159、滇蔗01-
58 对干旱胁迫的响应差异。采用大棚盆栽和人工控水的方法对6 个处于伸长期的甘蔗品种进行干旱胁迫,处理期间
调查供试品种株高、茎径、有效茎等形态指标,测定脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量、叶绿素含量、净光合速率、气孔导度、
蒸腾速率等生理指标。结果表明,综合各种生理指标的模糊隶属函数评价法和系统聚类分析法,是一种较科学的抗
性鉴定方法,适用于多个品种之间的比较;生理指标结合形态指标来看,抗旱性最好的品种是新台糖22 号和粤糖
86-368,适合在云南干旱地区种植。 |

The aim was to study the response difference of six dominant Yunnan sugarcane varieties including ROC22,
Mintang69-421, Guitang11, Yuetang86-368, Yuetang93-159, Dianzhe01-58 to drought stress. Using the method of greenhouse
potted plants and artificial water control, drought stress was conducted to six sugarcane varieties in elongation stage, then
morphological indexes including group of plant height, stem diameter, effective stem and physiological indexes including
proline content, soluble sugar content, chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate
of the tested varieties were surveyed. The results showed that the method of fuzzy membership function and system
clustering analysis integrated all kinds of physiological indexes, was a more scientific resistance identification method for
the comparison of multiple varieties. According to physiological indexes combined with morphological indicators, ROC22
and Yuetang86-368 were the varieties with high drought resistance, which were suitable for planting in Yunnan drought
areas. |
