区长度为549 bp,编码182 个氨基酸。序列比对结果表明,AhrbcS 编码蛋白与绿豆、菜豆、大豆、短绒“大豆和烟豆等

Degenerate primers were designed according to reported ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase
(RuBPCase) gene sequences, the coding sequence of RuBPCase small subunit (AhrbcS), numbered KF607110 was
amplified by RT-PCR from cDNA of Arachis hypogaea L., the sequence of AhrbcS was 549 bp in length which encoded
182 amino acids. Multiple sequence alignment analysis showed that A. hypogaea, Glycine max, Phaseolus vulgaris, G. max,
G. tomentella, and G. tabacina shared high homology. |
