      采用电子克隆方法获得香蕉 MYB 基因。 通过生物信息学方法,对此序列编码的蛋白质从氨基酸 组成、理化性质、疏水性/亲水性、结构域及其空间结构等方面进行了预测和分析。 结果表明:香蕉 MYB 基因编 码序列全长 1 266 bp, 包含 1 266 bp 的开放阅读框, 编码 413 个氨基酸, 含有 1 个保守的 MYB 功能域、1 个 SANT 保守结构域。 在序列组成、理化性质、结构域及空间构象等方面,与小麦等其他植物的 MYB 转录因子具 有高度的相似性。
英文摘要:
      The banana MYB gene was cloned in silico based on the EST sequences from Unigene of NCBI.Some characters of MYB protein were analyzed and predicted by the tools of bioinformatics in the following aspects,including the composition of amino acid sequence, hydrophobicity or hydrophilicity, secondary and tertiary structureof protein and function. Results showed that the coding sequence of banana MYB was 1 266 bp, containing a 1 266bp ORF, which encoded 431 amino acids. As banana MYB contained one typical MYB domain, it could be concludedthat it belonged to R1-MYB subfamily. It was highly conservative compared with MYB from Triticum aestivum andother plant species in sequence composition, advanced structure and activity sites. The results could provide the basisfor MYB gene cloning in experiment and further research on its function.
