| 以贵州特色的小香猪为筛选源‘采用平板涂布法从香猪粪便中筛选出 29 株具双歧杆菌形态特征
的菌株。 有 6 株菌降胆固醇能力好且耐酸耐胆盐性能良好‘其中 BZ24 对胆固醇的去除能力最高‘降胆固醇率
达到 33.39%。 生理生化试验表明‘这 6 株菌分别为小猪双岐杆菌 1 株、青春双岐杆菌 1 株、猪双岐杆菌 2 株、动
物双歧杆菌 2 株。 |

| Twenty -nine strains with morphological characteristics of Bifidobacterium were isolated by plate
smearing method from the feces of Guizhou Xiang pigs, aming which 6 strains had good cholesterol-reducing, acidresisting
and bile salt-resisting ability, and BZ24 had the best cholesterol-reducing ability and the cholesterolremoving
rate reached 33.39%. By physiological and biochemical identification, they were one strain of Bifidobacteria
choerinum, one strain of B. adolescentis, two strains of B. suis, two strains of B. animalis. |
