      应用 RT-PCR 方法克隆牦牛 C1H21orf62 基因并进行生物信息学分析‘利用实时荧光定量 PCR 方 法检测 C1H21orf62 基因在有角牦牛和无角牦牛角芽组织的 mRNA 表达。 结果表明‘C1H21orf62 基因编码区全 长 662 bp‘编码 161 个氨基酸。 C1H21orf62 是一种亲水性蛋白‘含有 13 个潜在的磷酸化位点‘但无跨膜域和信 号肽。 C1H21orf62 基因 mRNA 在无角牦牛角芽组织的表达水平极显著高于有角牦牛。
英文摘要:
      A coding region sequence of yak C1H21orf62 was amplified by RT-PCR. The physicochemical properties and domains in C1H21orf62 protein were predicted by bioinformatics methods. The expression levels of C1H21orf62 mRNA of horned and polled yaks were employed by Real -time PCR. The results showed that the coding region was 662 bp in length, encoding 161 amino acids. C1H21orf62 was a kind of hydrophilic protein with 13 potential phosphorylation sites, without transmembrane domain and signal peptide. The expression of C1H21orf62 gene in polled yaks was higher than that in horned yaks significantly.
