Longan was dried by combined air-drying and solar drying. By comparing the quality of dried longan,
the processing parameters including temperature, drying time and loading were optimized by orthogonal test. Results
showed that the optimal process parameters were as following: the loading of material was 200 g, the initial airdrying
temperature was 55 for 16 h, the following solar drying time was 8 h. |
