      为了探究特异性防控药物灭非灵对外来物种尼罗罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus)的毒杀机理,测定暴 露在亚致死浓度的尼罗罗非鱼脑、鳃、肝脏和肌肉4 种组织中乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)和抗氧化酶活性的变化。结 果显示药物暴露之后,AChE活性在脑、鳃、肝脏和肌肉组织中均受到显著抑制。随着暴露时间的延长,超氧化 物歧化酶(SOD)活性在脑和鳃中无显著性变化,而在肝脏和肌肉中显著升高;谷胱甘肽还原酶(GSH)含量在脑 中显著下降,在肝脏中显著升高,在鳃和肌肉中先升高后降低;乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性在 4 种组织中均显著升 高,且在肝脏中的增幅最大;谷胱甘肽S 转移酶(GST)活性在肝脏中显著升高,由此推测鱼体内可能发生了氧化 应激反应。试验结果表明,灭非灵可能是通过抑制尼罗罗非鱼体内AChE活性,并促使鱼体内氧化应激反应的发 生,从而达到其特异性防控的效果。
英文摘要:
      In order to explore the toxicity mechanisms of Miefeiling,an effective drug for the Nile tilapia(Oreochromis niloticus)population control,the activity change of acetylcholinesterase(AChE)and antioxidant enzymein Nile tilapia were detected after exposing to Miefeiling with the sublethal concentration. The results showed that,theactivity of AChE in the brain,gill,liver and muscle tissues was significantly inhibited after exposing to Miefeiling. Withthe exposure time increasing,the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)had no significant change in brain and gill,butsignificantly increased in liver and muscle;the content of glutathione reductase(GSH)decreased significantly in brain,but increased in liver,increased in gill and muscle firstly and then decreased. The activity of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)in the four tissues significantly increased and was the highest in liver. The activity of glutathione s-transferase (GST)rosesignificantly in liver. Results indicated that the oxidative stress reaction had take place in different tissues in Nile tilapia.The toxic effects of Miefeiling may be due to the inhibition of AChE activity and promotion of oxidative stress reaction inNile tilapia.
