的核苷酸序列相似性为91.0%~99.9%,推导的氨基酸相似性为91.0%~99.6%。海南株与国外分离株(NC_005148,
JQ994268,KJ187306,AF201307,AF454546,AY754020)的核苷酸序列相似性为 90.0%~97.0%,推导的氨基酸
相似性为 88.0%~97.9%。海南株与疫苗株 SH的核苷酸序列相似性为 98.2%~100.0%,推导的氨基酸相似性为
94.9%~100.0%。海南株与疫苗株LG的核苷酸序列相似性为90.6%~91.7%,推导的氨基酸相似性为89.7%~91.0%。
这些数据为海南地区PCV2的防控和疫苗株选择提供了理论依据。 |

To understand the molecular characteristics of PCV2 isolated from Hainan province,the completegenome of PCV2 of some PMWS-suspected samples from Hainan province were amplified sequence analysis wascarried out. The results showed that a total of 8 PCV2 strains was isolated and identified,and all the isolates belongedto genotype 2b,of which 7 isolates were grouped into cluster PCV2b-1C and 1 isolate was grouped into cluster PCV2b-1A/1B. The ORF2 gene of 8 PCV2 strains were 705 bp,encoding 234 amino acids. The main antigen epitope areachanged significantly in Cap protein of PCV2. The identity of PCV2 ORF2 sequence among 8 isolates was 95.3%-99.7%of nucleotide similarity,and 93.6%-100% of deduced amino acid similarity. They had 91.0%-99.9% nucleotide similarityand 91.0%-99.6% deduced amino acid similarity with AY682994,AF381175,JX945577,JX682407 and AY180397;90.0%-97.0% nucleotide similarity and 88.0%-97.9% deduced amino acid similarity with NC_005148,JQ994268,KJ187306,AF201307,AF454546 and AY754020;98.2%-100.0% nucleotide similarity and 94.9%-100.0% deducedamino acid similarity with SH;90.6%-91.7% nucleotide similarity and 89.7%-91.0% deduced amino acid similarity withLG. This study got the basic epidemiological data for the prevention and control of PCV-2 in Hainan Province,it can alsohelp the choice of PCV-2 vaccine. |
