      为了发掘白背飞虱的抗性稻种资源,采用苗期抗性鉴定、分蘖期蜜露量测定和大田抗虫性鉴定的方 法评价4 个化感水稻品种(系)以及3 个非化感水稻品种(系)对白背飞虱的抗性。结果表明,苗期鉴定中化感水 稻品种化感稻3 号和杂交稻华两优689 表现为抗级;化感杂交稻组合化两优3 号和华珍优3 号表现为中抗;化 感杂交稻组合农珍优3 号表现为感虫,常规稻品钟象牙占和航美占表现为高感。苗期鉴定的抗性品种(系)中, 化感稻3 号、化两优3 号和华两优689 的蜜露分泌量显著低于感虫对照TN1,对白背飞虱的取食有明显的抑制作 用。化感稻3 号、化两优3 号和华两优689 等3 个品种(系)的田间发生虫量显著低于感虫对照TN1,对白背飞虱 表现出明显的控制作用。综合3 项测定方法,初步鉴定化感稻3 号、化两优3 号、华两优689 等3 个品种(系)对 白背飞虱具有一定的抗虫性,具有开发应用价值,为丰富水稻抗虫材料提供理论依据。
英文摘要:
      To explore the rice resources with resistance to white-backed planthopper(WBPH),4 newallelopathic rice lines and 3 non-allelopathic rice lines were evaluated by using seedling resistance identification,honeydew measurement at tillering stage and field investigation of WBPH populations. The results of seedling resistanceidentification showed that,the allelopathic rice line Huagandao3 and hybrid rice variety Hualiangyou689 had resistanceto WPBH,allelopathic rice line Hualiangyou3 and Huazhenyou3 had moderate resistance,while the allelopathic riceline Nongzhenyou3 was susceptible,the conventional rice lines Xiangyazhan and Hangmeizhan were highly susceptibleto WPBH. Among these resistant lines in seedling resistance identification,the honeydew amounts and populations ofWBPH in field of Huagandao3,Hualiangyou3 and Hualiangyou689 were less than those of susceptible control varietyTN1. The results indicated that Huagandao3,Hualiangyou3 and Hualiangyou689 showed some resistance to WPBH,theserice lines had application value.
