      :以花生壳为原料,在单因素试验的基础上,以pH 值、酶量、酶解温度和酶解时间为试验因素,以多酚 提取率为响应值,利用Box-Behnken 试验设计进行四因素三水平响应面分析,建立相应回归方程,对酶辅助提取 花生壳多酚类化合物的工艺进行优化。结果表明,花生壳多酚最佳的提取工艺为:pH 5.2,酶量8.8 mg/g,酶解温度 51℃,酶解时间2.4 h,在此工艺条件下多酚提取率为6.887 mg/g,与预测值6.91 mg/g 基本相符。
英文摘要:
      In this paper,on the base of single factor test,pH value,enzyme amount,enzymolysis temperature andenzymolysis time were selected as influencing factors and polyphennols yield was used as response value,the enzymeassistedextraction technology of polyphennols from peanut shells was explored using the Box-Behnken experimental designand response surface methodology with four factors and three levels,and the regression equation was established. The resultsshowed that the optimal conditions were as follows:pH 5.2,enzyme amount of 8.8 mg/g,enzymolysis temperature at 51℃for 2.4 h. The extraction rate of polyphennols was 6.887 mg/g under the optimal conditions,which was consistent with thepredicted value(6.91 mg/g).
