自动顺序喷雾主控器和电磁阀控制节点组成。喷雾给药单元为系统提供药液,自动顺序喷雾主控制器给电磁阀控
制节点提供控制信号,电磁阀控制节点控制电磁阀的开关,通过控制果园中多个电磁阀的顺序开启和关闭,实现对
果树的自动顺序喷雾。运行试验结果表明,该系统可以按照设定喷雾时间对果树进行自动顺序喷雾,不需要人工

The crown of fruit tree grows bigger and the row spacing between two fruit trees becomes narrower as timegoes by, it increases the spray difficulty and labor intensity. What is worse, it even endangers the safety of spray workers. Inorder to solve this problem, an orchard pipeline automatic spray system was designed. The system consists of spray dosingunit, automatic spraying master controller and solenoid control node. The spray dosing unit is used to supply pesticide, theautomatic spraying master controller is used to send the control signal to the solenoid control node, and the solenoid controlnode is used to control the working condition of the solenoid according to the received control signal. By controlling themultiple solenoids in the orchard to open and close in setting order, the automatic sequence pipeline spray is fulfilled. Theexperiment shows that the system can fulfill the automatic sequence pipeline spray according to the setting spray time. |
