需。对纤维素进行了概述,分析了瘤胃纤维素酶来源的细菌、真菌和其他微生物种类和分泌的纤维素酶以及瘤
胃各类微生物对纤维素的降解过程,并对纤维素酶的种类和降解机理进行了阐述,为进一步研究瘤胃纤维素
酶提供参考。 |

Cellulase is an efficient biocatalyst, plays an important role in the use of cellulose. The rumen
cellulases are enzymes which are able to decompose the cellulose into glucose to offer ruminants for growing. In this
paper, the cellulose was summarized, the bacteria, fungi and other microbes of rumen cellulase sources and secreted
cellulases and various rumen microorganisms on degradation of cellulose were analyzed. Moreover, the degrading
mechanism of cellulase and the classification of cellulases were described, to provide references for the further
research on rumen cellulase. |
