      针对在猪场狭小特定环境下如何通过猪场狭小的过道空间,将种公猪运送到发情母猪面前,让母 猪嗅到种公猪身上的气味、看到种公猪、甚至触碰到种公猪,进而提高母猪的情趣;再通过人工授精,提高母猪 受孕率,提出了无线。控母猪试情车,分析了无线。控母猪试情车的机械结构及工作原理,建立了试情车侧翻 侧滑模型;通过试验,得出试情车的相关参数,仿真分析质心高度、轮距宽度和后车体重量占整车重量比例等 参数改变对试情车侧翻和侧滑稳定性的影响;理论计算试情车空载和满载时,在水平路面上以最大转弯角度 行驶时发生侧翻和侧滑的最大速度;并通过试验验证试情车以最大角度转弯行驶,低于理论计算的速度时,是 否会发生侧翻和侧滑现象;为提高试情车运行时侧翻侧滑稳定性及结构上的改进优化提供理论指导。
英文摘要:
      Artificial insemination is mainly used in the mating, and reproductive rate of sowing is the key to maintain a stable level of pig farm. In order to improve sow pregnancy rate, staffs who work in the pig farm usually drive the boar to the front of sow so that sow can smell the odor of boar and improve estrus. However, the breeding boar often cannot be stayed accurately and quietly on beside of the estrus sow and pig farms are not easy to be highly automated and intelligent. On this background, we devised an estrus sow vehicle with two driving wheels. The vehicle is designed with antiskid and anti lying device to ensure the boar comfortable to stay in it. The vehicle control system is composed of a wireless receiving module, the main controller and DC motor driver etc. The power of the vehicle driven by two DC motors with two worm gear reducers is supplied by the lead-acid battery. In this paper, the mechanical structure and working principle of two driving wheels of estrus sow vehicle was introduced, and then the rollover and sideslip model of estrus sow vehicle was established. The influences of changes of centroid height, track width and proportion of back weight to whole vehicle weight on rollover and sideslip stability of estrus sow vehicle were studied. What爷s more, the paper analyzed the maximum speed, which is not rollover and sideslip of the vehicle driving in the maximum angle on a level road, to provide a theoretical basis for movement of the vehicle in the narrow space
