为了明确青冈类植物在系统分类中的地位,运用PAUP 和MEGA 等软件对GenBank 中壳斗科33
种植物的matK、17 种植物的rbcL 和15 种植物的ITS 序列进行了系统发育树的构建,结果表明:(1)壳斗科3
个序列的保守性顺序为rbcL > matK > ITS,rbcL 序列只能将水青冈属分开,但不能解决大部分属间的系统分
类问题,在主要分支上没有获得置信支持,因此不适合壳斗科属间植物的系统分类;(2)基于matK 和ITS 序
列构建的系统发育树分支和Bootstrap 支持率,从分子角度支持青冈类作为栎属属下亚属的分类地位。 |

In order to clear the status of Cyclobalanopsis in the system classification,we constructed phylogenetic
tree using the PAUP and MEGA software,based on 3 DNA sequences,chloroplast rbcL,matK and nuclear ITS
downloaded from GenBank. The results showed as follows:(1)Conservative order of three sequences in Fagaceae was
rbcL > matK > ITS,rbcL sequence could only separate Fagus,but couldn’t solve the problem of most intergeneric system
classification,and did not get incredible support on main branches,so it was not suitable for system classification of
Fagaceae;( 2)According to phylogenetic tree branch and the Bootstrap support based on matK and ITS,this research
supported that Cyclobalanopsis existed as subgenus in Quercus |
