采用叶片浸渍饲喂法测定甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、吡虫啉、啶虫脒、烯啶虫胺、多杀菌素、绿僵
菌素对西花蓟马二龄若虫的毒力,并通过Horsfall 法和共毒系数法确定最佳混剂和最佳配比。结果表明,不同
药剂对西花蓟马若虫毒力大小是绿僵菌素> 多杀菌素> 甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐> 啶虫脒> 烯啶虫胺> 吡虫
啉。绿僵菌素与甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐复配表现出最明显的增效作用,当绿僵菌素与甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲
酸盐的比值约1∶4 时,增效效果最显著。 |

Toxicity of several insecticides,i.e. emamectin benzoate,imidacloprid,acetamiprid,nitenpyram,
spinosad and destruxins against the second instar Frankliniella occodentalis were tested by leaf-dipping method in
laboratory,and the optimum combination and proportion were determined by the Horsfall-method and co-toxicity
coefficient. The results showed that toxicity order of the insecticides against the second instar F. occodentalis was that
destruxins > spinosad > emamectin benzoate > acetamiprid > nitenpyram > imidacloprid. The most obvious synergistic
effect was observed in the mixture of emamectin benzoate and destruxins with about 1∶4. |
