为探讨长残效除草剂咪唑乙烟酸对花生生理指标的影响,以及生物炭处理土壤后对花生药害的缓
解效果,采用盆栽试验,在土壤中施用咪唑乙烟酸推荐高剂量的2 倍后,分别添加0、1.0、2.0、4.0、8.0、16.0
g/kg 生物炭,测定花生的株高,叶绿素、丙二醛(MDA)含量,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)
和过氧化物酶(POD)活性的变化。结果表明:咪唑乙烟酸推荐高剂量的2 倍对花生有抑制作用,使叶片叶绿
素含量降低,MDA 含量增加,SOD、CAT 活性降低,POD 活性升高。土壤中添加4 g/kg 生物炭,对花生各项生
理指标均有一定的修复效果。 |

In order to study the effects of Imazethapyr on the peanut physiological indices and the mitigation effect
of biochar on peanut phytotoxicity induced by Imazethapyr,by pot experiment,we added 2 times of the recommended
high dosage of Imazethapyr into the soil,and then added 0,1.0,2.0,4.0,8.0,16.0 g/kg biochar in the soil,at last,
determined the peanut plant height,chlorophyll content,malondialdehyde(MDA)content and superoxide dismutase
(SOD),catalase(CAT),and peroxidase(POD)activity changes. The results showed that Imazethapyr inhibited
the height growth of peanut,influenced the change of antioxidant enzymes,the activities of SOD and CAT decreased and
the activity of POD increased,at the same time the chlorophyll content reduced and the MDA content increased. 4 g/kg
biochar in soil had restoration effect on peanut physiological indexes |
