为了解中国三大棉花主产区棉花产业运行效率,运用DEA 分析法中效率评价指数,对其棉花生
产、加工、纺织产业链的运行状况进行评价。结果表明,在全国三大棉花主产区中,新疆棉区的棉花生产投入
效率达到DEA 弱有效,长江流域棉区在棉花加工和纺织的投入与产出高效。从降低棉花生产成本、植棉农户
应对市场风险手段、拓宽棉花加工产值渠道、加大纺织加工产业向中西部棉区梯度转移、打开国际棉花销售市
场等方面提出对策建议。 |

The purpose of the study was to contrast the operating efficiencies of cotton production,processing,
textile industry in China cotton main regions by using DEA model. The results showed that the cotton production input
efficiency of Xinjiang cotton region achieved weak DEA efficient,input and output efficiencies of cotton processing and
textile industry in Yangtze River valley achieved strong efficient. At last,Some countermeasures were put forward,
like reducing the cost of cotton production,cotton farmers to respond to market risk,broadening cotton processing
forms,increasing the transfer of textile processing industries to the central and western cotton gradient,opening the
international cotton market. |
