为了探讨茯砖茶抗氧化物质最优的提取条件及其抗氧化活性,通过单因素和正交试验,利用羟基
自由基清除率和总还原力测定茯砖茶提取物的抗氧化活性。结果表明,茯砖茶抗氧化物质的最佳提取条件为:
乙醇体积分数50%,提取温度75℃,提取时间2.5 h,料液比1∶25。茯砖茶抗氧化物质具有较强清除羟基自由
基和还原能力,且都有较好的剂量依赖性;在相同浓度下,其抗氧化能力低于Vc。 |

The optimum conditions for extracting antioxidants from Fu brick tea and its antioxidant activity were
investigated by single factor and orthogonal experiments using the rate of scavenging hydroxyl radicals and reducing
power as indexes. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions of antioxidants from Fu brick tea were as
follows:50% ethanol,at 75℃ for 2.5 h,ratio of solid to liquid of 1∶25. Antioxidants from Fu brick tea had strong
ability to scavenge hydroxyl radicals and reducing power,and had good measuring dependent. Its antioxidant ability was
lower than that of Vc under the same concentration. |
