农村居民点空间分布散乱、集聚能力差、利用低效化是城乡转型进程中乡村地域系统演化的一种
不良现象,对其空间机理进行研究,并提出适宜的空间优化配置策略已成为合理利用土地资源、扎实推进新农
村建设及促进城乡一体化发展的突破口。选取重庆市合川区大柱村为样点,采用Voronoi 图与GIS 相结合的方
法,对农村居民点空间分布特征及不同空间因素影响下的空间分布进行研究,结果表明大柱村农村居民点整
体为集群型分布,有点状分散、带状延伸、块状集聚3 种布局模式,但各社间存在集群和随机分布的差异;农
村居民点在1~3 级地形位、0~200 m 水源地缓冲区、0~100 m 主干道路缓冲区内具有分布偏好,其分布指数趋
势线表现出一定的规律性。根据农村居民点空间分布机理,融贯村域差异化的环境条件,兼顾农户意愿需求,
构建了公共服务设施引领型、优势居民点引领型、交通主干线引领型3 种空间优化模式,并建立起以中心村为
核心、基层村为辅助的“中心- 基层”两个等级的农村居民点体系。 |

The scattered spatial distribution,weak gathered function and inefficient use of rural settlements,
are poor phenomena of rural area system evolution in the process of Rural-Urban transformation,analyzing the spatial
mechanism and making appropriate spatial optimization strategies have become the breakthrough of land resources
rational use,promotion of construction of new countryside and integration of urban and rural development. We chose
the Dazhu Village in Hechuan District of Chongqing as the sample,and adopt the method of Voronoi diagram combined
with GIS to analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of rural settlements and the spatialed distribution index
under the influence of different space factors. The results showed that whole rural settlements distribution of Dazhu
Village was the cluster type with 3 distribution modes:spot,ribbon pattern,bulk,but there was a random difference
among communities. The distribution exponential trend line of rural settlements showed some regularity,the rural
settlements prefer red to 1 to 3 terrain niche,0-200 m water source buffer,0-100 m trunk roads buffer. According to
the mechanism of rural settlements spatial distribution,combined village domain differentiated environmental conditions
and the demands of farmers,we constructed three
kinds of spatial optimization modes,which were the
public service facilities leading type,advantaged rural
settlements leading type,traffic trunk leading type,and
also established“ local-centers” rural settlement system,
which regarded the central village as the core,grass-roots
village as assistance. |
