为鉴定新引进柱花草种质的遗传背景和亲缘关系,提高柱花草种质的利用效率,利用23 个SSR
标记对新引进的31 份柱花草种质和4 个柱花草栽培品种进行了遗传多样性分析。结果表明:23 个SSR 标记
在35 份柱花草种质间均具有多态性,共检测到等位基因134 个,每个标记可检测到3~11 个等位基因,平均为
5.83 个;每个SSR 标记的多态性信息含量在0.515~0.845 之间,平均为0.703。聚类分析和主成分分析结果表
明,35 份供试柱花草种质可分为5 类,其中Ⅲ类和V 类与4 个柱花草栽培品种的遗传关系较远。 |

To identify the genetic background and relationship of Stylosanthes varieties introduced newly and
promote the further utilization of them,the genetic diversity of 31 Stylosanthes varieties introduced newly and 4 cultivars
was analyzed using 23 SSR markers. Results showed that all 23 SSR markers were polymorphic among 35 Stylosanthes
materials,and a total of 134 alleles were generated by these SSR markers. The number of alleles of SSR markers
ranged from 3 to 11 with an average of 5.83 alleles. The polymorphic information content each SSR marker varied from
0.515 to 0.845,with an average of 0.703. Based on the results of analysis of cluster and principal components,the 35
Stylosanthes materials were divided into 5 separate clusters,and the lower genetic relation was presented between cluster
III and 4 cultivars,cluster V and 4 cultivars. |
