耕地质量的优劣反映了区域农业生产的水平,也是基本农田保护区划定的基础。以伊犁河谷察
布查尔锡伯自治县为研究区,选用土地自然质量、耕地利用条件、地块空间形态和生态安全格局4 个指标因
素,利用指数衰减赋值、多因素综合评价和多因素指数等方法构建察县耕地质量综合评价指标体系,并结合
各指标质量评价等级,确定察县基本农田保护区初步划定方案。结果表明,察县耕地质量总体情况良好,全县
55.74% 的耕地质量较高,44.99% 的耕地优先划定为基本农田保护区。 |

The quality of cultivated land reflects the level of regional agricultural production,and is also the
demarcating foundation of basic farmland protection zone. Taking the Ili River valley qapqal xibe autonomous county
as the study area,four indicators including land natural quality,cultivated land use condition,land space form and
ecological security pattern were selected,the exponential decay assignment,multi-factor comprehensive evaluation and
multi-factor index method were used to build the county farmland quality comprehensive evaluation index system,and
combined with quality evaluation grade of each indicator, the preliminary plan of basic farmland protection zone in the
county was determined. The results showed that the quality of cultivated land in the county was good and more than 50%
was better,44.99% of the cultivated land was demarcated as primary farmland protection zone. |
