厌氧发酵系统是目前国内外猪场采用的主要污水处理模式之一。从猪场养殖规模、猪栏排水量、
固液分离措施、沼气池水力停留时间和污水监测时间等方面阐述了影响厌氧发酵系统运行效果的外部因素,
建议规模化猪场合理调整猪舍冲水用量,根据季节变化调节水力停留时间,提高固液分离效率,改善厌氧发酵
底物质量,以提高污染物去除效率,以期为猪场生产管理和提高厌氧发酵系统污水处理能力提供参考。 |

Anaerobic fermentation has become the main mode in sewage treatment in pig farm worldwide. In this
paper,the extraneous factors such as breeding scale,swinery water discharge,liquid-solid separation,hydraulic
detention time in methane tank as well as monitoring time that affecting anaerobic fermentation operation,were reviewed.
It was suggested that the farmer should regulate the flushing amount of water and hydraulic detention time,improve the
quality of fermentation substrate and removal rate of pollutants. This review can provide consultant for manufacturing
management in pig farm and improvement of sewage treatment for methane tank. |
