以植物源脂肪酸甲酯为溶剂,以绿色表面活性剂为乳化剂制备环保型高效氯氰菊酯水乳剂,
通过溶剂和表面活性剂的筛选确定了5% 高效氯氰菊酯水乳剂的最优配方:高效氯氰菊酯5%,月桂酸甲酯
14.5%,表面活性剂APG 和AEO3 复配(质量比6:4)总用量为5%,去离子水补足100%。在此基础上,以常
规及市售5% 高效氯氰菊酯水乳剂为对照,通过动态表面张力和动态接触角研究该配方水乳剂的润湿铺展性
能。结果表明,优化的环保型水乳剂500 倍稀释液的动态表面张力和在石蜡膜上的动态接触角随时间下降快,
表现出良好的润湿和铺展性能,有利于农药液滴在植物叶片上的黏着和吸附,从而提高药效。 |

Using plant source of fatty acid methyl esters as solvent,green surfactants as emulsifier,
environment-friendly β-Cypermethrin EW was prepared. Optimal formualtion was obtained by screening of the
solvent and surfactant:β-Cypermethrin 5%,laurate methyl 14.5%,APG-AEO3(6∶4 by mass)5%,deionized
water was added to 100%. On this base,the wetting ability of the optimized EW was studied through dynamic surface
tension and dynamic contact angle measurements using ordinary and commercial β-Cypermethrin EWs as comparison
samples. The results showed that the surface tension and the contact angle of the 500-fold dilured sample of the
optimized EW decayed more quickly with time increasing campared with ordinary and commercial β-Cypermethrin
EWs. The excellent wetting and spreading properties made the EW easily adhered and spreaded on the leaf surface to
maximize biological activity. |
