为掌握不同传感器封装形式对气调集装箱保鲜环境数据监测的影响,搭建了气调集装箱综合调控
试验平台,进行了液氮充注气调试验,对比无封装、主动通风和自然通风等3 种传感器封装形式对箱内温度、
相对湿度和氧气体积分数等保鲜环境数据监测的影响。结果表明:传感器封装形式对箱体内保鲜环境数据监
测的影响显著性依次为温度、相对湿度和氧气体积分数;采用传感器无封装形式下进行液氮充注,箱体内前后
温差最小且监测点降温速率最快;采用自然通风的传感器封装通风形式对箱体内相对湿度数据监测的影响显
著,除湿速率明显滞后于其他两种封装形式;传感器封装形式对箱体内氧气体积分数数据监测的影响不显著。 |

To know the effects of different sensors packing methods on fresh environmental data monitoring of
atmosphere controlled container,a comprehensive regulatory test platform of atmosphere controlled container was
set up,liquid nitrogen-filled atmosphere controlled test was carried out,the effects of three different sensor packing
methods,including non-encapsulated,active ventilation and natural ventilation,on fresh environmental data
monitoring,such as temperature,relative humidity and oxygen concentration were compared. The results showed that
the impact of sensor packing method on fresh environmental data monitoring was as follows:temperature,relative
humidity and oxygen concentration. Liquid nitrogen filling under non-encapsulated sensor packing,the temperature
difference between front and rear was the smallest and the rate of cooling around the monitoring point was the fastest.
Natural ventilation sensor packing had significant impact on relative humidity monitoring,the dehumidification rate
lagged behind the other two packing methods. The impact of sensor packing method on oxygen concentration monitoring
was not significant. |
