| 改变回风道的长度、 宽度和高度等尺寸参数， 搭建基于差压原理的冷藏车厢试验平台进行参数组
合正交试验， 在相同的风机频率、 开孔隔板开孔率和包装箱堆码方式的条件下， 分别进行制冷和加湿试验， 以
中纵截面和中横截面的不均匀度为考核指标， 进行方差分析、 直观分析和极差分析， 研究不同回风道参数对冷
藏车厢内温湿度场分布的影响。 结果表明， 当回风道参数（长 × 宽 × 高）为 1500…mm×500…mm×60…mm 时，
车厢内温度场的均匀性最优； 当回风道参数为 1…500…mm×800…mm×80…mm 时， 车厢内的湿度场最均匀。 利用
权重综合值分析法综合温、 湿度场对正交试验组合进行评价， 得出综合最优的回风道参数组合是 1…500…mm×
500…mm×60…mm。 |
