| 以我国 158 家国家农业科技园区的发展实践为基础， 运用区域经济发展、 系统演化、 产业集群理
论， 分析了现代农业科技园区的演化周期， 判断得出我国大多数现代农业科技园区处于由偏斜式发展向统筹
发展演进的战略转型阶段。 揭示了目标与功能冲突、 体制与制度障碍、 运营机制制约是当前阻碍园区战略转型
的三大瓶颈问题。 借鉴总部经济和服务经济理论， 指出发展服务经济是突破园区战略转型瓶颈、 推动园区演化
升级的有效途径。 |
