以烤烟品种G80 为试验材料,通过盆栽试验研究氮钙不同用量对烤烟农艺性状及干质量的影响。结果表明,随氮肥用量增加(0.12~0.20 g/kg),移栽后35 d 的烤烟农艺性状变化不明显(除茎围显著增加外),移栽后80 d 的烤烟农艺性状(除最大叶片宽差异不显著外)、成熟期各部位干质量均显著或极显著增加;随施钙量的增加,烤烟的农艺性状和各部位干质量均呈先增后减的趋势,移栽后35 d 的烤烟农艺性状以施钙量0.40 g/kg 较好,移栽后80 d 的烤烟农艺性状和各部位干质量以施钙量0.40~1.00 g/kg 较好。在0.12 g/kgN 下,移栽35、80 d 的烤烟农艺性状以及各部位干质量均以1.00 g/kg Ca 处理较好;在0.20 g/kg N 水平下,移栽35、80 d 的烤烟农艺性状以及各部位干质量均以0.40 g/kg Ca 处理较好。说明在0.12 g/kg N 水平下配施1.00g/kg Ca、在0.20 g/kg N 水平下配施0.40 g/kg Ca 能有效改善烤烟农艺性状,增加各部位干质量,促进烤烟生长和提高烤烟产量。 |

Taking flue-cured tobacco G80 as material, the pot experiment was carried out to study the effects of different amounts of nitrogen and calcium on agronomic characters and dry weight of flue-cured tobacco. The results showed that with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer from 0.12 g/kg to 0.20 g/kg, the changes of agronomic characters of flue-cured tobacco after transplanting 35 d were not obvious except for stem girth, which increased remarkably, the agronomic characters of flue-cured tobacco’s after transplanting 80 d and all parts of dry weight during mature period increased remarkably or significantly except for the maximum leaf width, whose difference was not significant. As the amount of calcium fertilizer increased, agronomic characters and all parts of dry weight of flue-cured tobacco increased first and decreased later, the agronomic characters of flue-cured tobacco of 0.40 g/kg Ca treatment after transplanting 35 d were better, and the agronomic characters of flue-cured tobacco after transplanting 80 d and all parts of dry weight of 0.40-1.00 g/kg Ca treatment were better. When the N supply was 0.12 g/kg, the agronomic characters of flue-cured tobacco after transplanting 35 d and 80 d and all parts of dry weight of 1.00 g/kg Ca treatment were better; supplied with 0.20 g/kg N fertilizer, the agronomic characters of flue-cured tobacco after transplanting 35 d and 80 d and all parts of dry weight of
0.40 g/kg Ca treatment were better. 1.00 g/kg Ca applied with 0.12 g/kg N, 0.40 g/kg Ca supplied with 0.20 g/kg N could effectively improve the agronomic characters, increase dry weight of each part, promote the growth and improve the yield of flue-cured tobacco. |
