      从全国7 个省份( 黑龙江、内蒙古、山东、河南、湖北、福建和云南)收集Alternaria alternata,采用SSR 中性分子标记和交配型特异性引物测定菌株并选出234 株不同基因型的菌株,再用离体叶片法测量菌株的致病力(病斑面积)。结果表明,7 个群体中来自南方群体比来自北方群体致病力强,其中福建群体比山东群体的致病力高98.29%。MAT1-1 交配型菌株和MAT1-2 交配型菌株之间致病力存在显著差异,MAT1-2 交配型菌株致病力比MAT1-1 交配型菌株平均高15.34%。
英文摘要:
      Alternaria alternata collected from seven provinces (Heilongjiang,Inner Mongolia,Shandong,Henan,Hubei,Fujian and Yunnan)in China were molecularly characterized using neutral SSR markers and mating typespecificprimers. Among them,234 distinct genotypes were selected for pathogenicity analysis by detached leaf assay.The result indicated that,on average,the pathogen from South displayed higher pathogenicity than that from North. For example,the pathogenicity of pathogen from Fujian was 98.29% higher than that from Shandong. The result also showeda significant difference in pathogenicity between MAT1-1 and MAT1-2 isolates. On average,MAT1-2 isolate displayed 15.34% higher pathogenicity than MAT1-1 isolate.
