      含斑茅血缘的甘蔗亲本对改良甘蔗品种的抗旱性很重要。以ROC10 作对照,在苗期和伸长期对 含斑茅血缘的5 个甘蔗亲本YCE03-106、YEC04-42、YCE07-24、YCE07-56 和YCE07-71 进行水分胁迫试 验,从株高伤害率、丙二醛(MDA)、相对质膜透性(PMP)、光合潜能(Fv/Fm)与实际光合量子产量(Y (Ⅱ))5 个方面采用显著性分析和模糊综合评分分析两种方法进行抗旱性评价,结果表明,YCE03-106 抗 旱性最强。
英文摘要:
      Sugarcane parents containing Erianthus arundinaceus blood are very important to improve the drought resistance of sugarcane. Taking ROC10 as,the line drought stress on 5 sugarcane parents(YCE03-106,YEC04-42, YCE07-24,YCE07-56 and YCE07-71) with Hainan E. arundinaceus bloodline were tested at seedling stage and longation stage. By the two methods of significant analysis and fuzzy comprehensive score from five aspects of plant height injured rate,malondialdehyde( MDA),plasma membrane permeability( PMP),photosynthetic potential (Fv/Fm) and actual photosynthetic quantum yield( Y(Ⅱ)),the drought resistance evaluation was carried out. The result showed that YCE03-106 was a high-class drought-tolerance parent.
